Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the UK or the EU at the moment, as we are navigating through specific VAT requirements. We ship to all other countries.

How much does shipping cost?
All paper products (greeting cards, stickers, notepads) ship free to Canada and the U.S, untracked. Tracking may be purchased at checkout. Paper products are shipped internationally for a flat fee.

All acrylic pins ship to Canada for free, untracked. All acrylic pins ship free to the U.S with tracking included. Pins are shipped internationally for a flat fee.

How long does shipping take?
Canada: 1 to 2 weeks
USA: 1 to 4 weeks
International: 2 to 6 weeks

Which carriers do you use?
Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post. American orders are sent via USPS. International orders are sent via Ascendia and/or Canada Post.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Toronto, Canada.

Do you offer local pickup?
We currently do not offer local pickup.
